Meet the Embryologist Behind VIV
Laila Oliveira-LaCasse is a Senior Embryologist with an established career in the United States.
After years of working inside IVF laboratories, she also experienced infertility firsthand, becoming an IVF patient herself—and ultimately an IVF mom.
The combination of:
scientific expertise
hands-on laboratory experience
personal experience as an IVF patient
transformed the way she understands infertility—both as a healthcare professional and as someone who has lived through the journey.
